Ordering & Lead Time
We like to keep things simple and honest. Here’s everything you need to know about how your new favourite furniture makes its way from our suppliers to your space.
🛒 How it Works
Once you place your order, we get to work coordinating with our trusted suppliers. Since most of our products are shipped directly from the source, there’s no middle-man faffing about, ust streamlined, careful handling from production to your doorstep.
Our current lead time is 3 to 4 weeks from order to delivery. Why the wait? Many of our pieces are made to order or customised to fit your space just right. Good things take time, and great furniture is one of them.
🚚 Delivery Details
We deliver straight to your home address, no collection points, no warehouse queues, no stress. At this time, we don’t offer in-person collections, but we’ll make sure your order gets to you safe and sound.
We’ll keep you in the loop throughout the process, because nobody likes surprises (unless it’s a free throw pillow, which we sadly don’t do… yet).
🛠️ Assembly Services
Yes, we assemble, because flat-pack frustration is not part of our brand.
Assembly is available in Cape Town only in the Western Cape and Gauteng at the moment. In other provinces, it is self assembly though sometimes we make exclussions depending on order value or volume of orders in the specific area.
In Cape Town, once your order has been delivered, we’ll coordinate a time that works for both of us to come and set things up. Neat, tidy, and stress-free, just how we like it.
In Gauteng, we assemble for free on delivery day.
