Thank you for shopping with Skoon TidySpaces. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how, when, and where your order will be delivered.

📍 Where We Deliver

We currently deliver to residential addresses or business places across South Africa, including:

  • Storage Facilities

  • Courier Warehouse

  • Clearance Agents

  • Other accesible addresses.

If you're outside these areas and would still like to order, please contact us, we may be able to make a plan.

⏱️ Processing & Lead Times

Our products are shipped directly from our suppliers, many of whom offer made-to-order or custom pieces. This means:

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. This includes receiving the order/payment, processing customizations (colours etc) and have the order in que for production.

  • Production takes up to 2 weeks.

  • Lead time for delivery is 3 to 4 weeks from the date of order confirmation. Manufacturing happens in first and second week, then products are shipped.

  • We’ll keep you informed throughout, from order placement to final delivery, so you always know what to expect.

🚚 Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are calculated based on location and the size of your item:

Western Cape, Northen Cape, Eastern Cape, Free State, Mpumalanga, Limpopo, KZN & North West

  • Large items (bunk beds, beds, wardrobes): R1500 - R2500

  • Smaller items (headboards, ottomans, chairs): R400 - R800

Gauteng

  • Large items (bunk beds, beds, wardrobes): R800

  • Smaller items (headboards, ottomans, chairs): R400 


If your area falls outside these zones, reach out to us before ordering.

🏠 Delivery Method

All items are delivered directly to your home address by either our delivery partners or our supplier’s logistics team.
We do not offer collections or pickups at this time.

🛠️ Assembly Services

Cape Town

We offer optional assembly services in the Cape Town area only.

  • Assembly is scheduled after delivery and arranged at a mutually convenient time.

  • Our professional team will handle the setup, so you don’t have to lift a finger.

  • If you'd like to add assembly to your order, just let us know during checkout or get in touch directly.

Gauteng

  • We offer free assembling and installation on delivery day, if the room is ready. 
  • If a seperate day has to be arranged fpr installation, seperate from delivery day, then an installation fee will be charged.

Mpumalanga, Free State, Limpopo, KZN and North West

  • We offer assembly for certain order values or if we manage to combine orders to make a full truck load for the specific province or area.
  • So it is most likely that your order might be a sefl assembly, unless otherwise, advised.
  • In case of an organised assembly services, we only come once on the specified date as the transport and crew are dispatched from Johannesburg and they will be available in your area for a limited time.

Eastern Cape, Other Parts Of Western Cape & Northern Cape

  • Unfortunately we do not offer assebling services in these areas and delivery is through our shipping partners.

 

 

📦 What to Expect Upon Delivery

  • Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and inspect the item.

  • In case of any issues, damages, or missing parts, notify us within 7 days of delivery.

  • We recommend holding on to the original packaging until the item is fully assembled and checked.
