Because many of our products are made-to-order or customised, we unfortunately do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or incorrect product selection.
We strongly encourage you to double-check your order details (measurements, colours, and styles) before checking out. If you’re unsure, contact us, we’re happy to help you make the right choice before you buy.

📦 Damaged or Faulty Items
We take great care in ensuring your items arrive in perfect condition. If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please follow these steps:

We’ll investigate and get back to you within 2 business days with a resolution. Depending on the situation, we may arrange for:

A repair or replacement

A return and full refund

A discount if you wish to keep the item as-is
Please note: Reports submitted after the 7-day window may not qualify for full support or reimbursement.
💳 Refunds (If Applicable)
Once we’ve received and inspected the returned item (if a return is approved), your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. This may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Refunds are issued only for approved returns related to damage or defects.
